The hotel itself is bright and clean, but a little characterless. The room we had was functional and clean but you have to be a contortionist to use the toilet as it's very close to the sink. However, the real plus point of this hotel are the staff. They are very friendly always smiling and helpful. Special mention to our waitress. Lorena, who always made us feel very welcome.

The hotel was great (food, service, cleanliness, short distances to our room), the sunsets romantic. The language we used was English. The waiters worked extremely together - a real team, perfectly organized

Overall a nice stay in Paphos during the summer holidays. Whist it was very busy, it didn’t seem overwhelming and having the option of a large family pool, a smaller adults only pool, an indoor pool or the beach (small cove opposite the hotel) ensured that we were able to get wet! The pools rarely had space unfortunately, however there were plenty of additional sun beds inbetween the adult pool and beach for use. The staff were mixed, some very attentive, polite and smiling, and a couple less so. The gym was quite poor for a resort of this size. A small room with some basic fitness equipment (treadmill, multi gym and weight). We were upgraded in room size, although it was a little dirty from previous guests upon arrival (floor had spillage). Some basic TLC, paint and attention to detail - such as adjusting the TV mount so it was not almost vertical and looked to be hanging off the wall - would make a huge difference. Given that it was an all inclusive, I was a little apprehensive. However, to the credit of the resort - each night they had a different theme and the options were both plentiful and of good quality. The one negative really was the lack of atmosphere and closing of the pool at 18:30 (before sunset). Most evenings if not going out elsewhere we would only stay for one drink on the outside terrace. Most larger groups resorted to playing card games as there was no music, or outdoor ambience. There was an indoor hall, although we chose not to visit as it seemed full of children. Overall, not a bad option and I would likely stay there again. However, the minor details noted above, if addressed would make for a much improved experience.

My family and a group of friends with their family (25+ in total) recently just returned from the best holiday ever, staying at Louis Paphos Breeze. The food was brilliant. The staff are so good and friendly, helpful. The bar staff are all great and love a chat while you are getting served. Big shout out to my man behind the bar who knew more about Hartlepool United FC than I did. Also massive thank you and appreciation to the kids club staff. Our daughter has learning difficulties and is 'non verbal'ish'. This did not faze them and she really enjoyed her time in there, so we thank you for this. We could not rate this hotel highly enough and are already looking to book up next year. Thank you again and see you soon. Edit* I just wanted to clear up, from the managers response, we had a great time and you DID live up to expectations 😊 Everyone loved this place ❤️

Our 2nd stay at this fabulous hotel, the food (choice, variety & temperature) was brilliant (I wish we could get Feta like yours back in the UK!) you’re absolutely spoilt for choice at every meal. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean and any reported issues are dealt with promptly Special shout out to Maria (F&B supervisor) and Laur in the restaurant who instantly remembered us from our visit in 2022 and were so friendly along with everyone else to be fair. With it being mid summer the entertainment was better with loads of activities around the pool even though our music knowledge wasn’t good enough to win the quiz 😂 Sun loungers are really comfortable and there’s plenty of them in 3 different areas. Thanks for a brilliant holiday I’m pretty sure we’ll be back!
