I had the worst ever possible experience with this place. The owner is rude and incapable to manage his badly maintained cheap made rooms. The check-out is at 10 o clock in the morning. The shower door is broken. The instructions how to get to the place is very unclear and rude. My advise- never take a risk with this place. Some other tourist in the have called the owned the “Cochon gourmande” who is ruining the industry of tourism in Venice, it must be very close to the true.

It's the 'UGLIEST' apartment I would call this place, not only because of the conditions of the room but because of the attitude of the owner who had a stinky attitude of 'I already got your money in my pocket. So, take it or leave it.' This sort of greedy pig ruins the whole industry of tourism in Venice. It's a total fraud where you can lose a few hundred bucks/euros for an unpleasant place. We got out of the place straight away and booked a very nice hotel at the last minute. So, please step away unless you want to lose money to the rubbish.

I rarely rate things, but I feel like I really have to this time. Room in terrible conditions, very hard mattress and awful toilet. Worse room I've ever stayed in. Not worth the money. They also tried to charge us twice.

I usually don't give bad reviews on hotels I stay in, it's very rare for that to happen but unfortunately it happened with this one. The sound insulation of the place is very bad, you can hear people talking, cell phone sounds, among others. The wooden floor is very old and makes noise when you walk. Wifi didn't work during my 4 days stay there. The air conditioning/heating didn't work either. The window of my room was very close to another building, I couldn't close the window and I was afraid to try to close it and it would break because the building is very old. Housekeeping works, I have nothing to complain about.
