Unfortunately, it was overall a bad experience. Check in was with an unwelcoming guy. He never smiled to us and didn’t give us basically any informations about the hotel (check out, WiFi password…). He literally just gave us the keys of the room. The room was BOILING HOT, and we could not figure out any way to shut down the radiators. The room was nothing like the pictures we saw online. While booking we requested two separate single beds but the two beds were connected in a double bed in the middle of the room. The receptions told us that we had to take care of this and that we had to divide them by OURSELVES and move around the setup of the furniture. The room was really badly maintained: the lamps near the beds were all broken, the toilet has mould on the walls, the toilet paper holder moves just by touching it, the toilet lid is completely detached (it is basically impossible to sit on it as you can even risk to fall). As soon as we pointed out this huge issue to the receptionist his answer was: “is that a problem?” and then he told us he would have fixed this with the cleaning lady. Of course no one told us anything anymore and no one fixed it. In order to use the toilet we literally had to remove it and not sit on it. Check out is before 10 AM. We had to leave at 9.30 and there was no one to take the keys. We had no idea on where to leave them. I can understand the self check out option but please make this more clear and inform about it during the check in as it is not normal to just leave the keys on the desk and leave. I am shocked. This is hole experience is beyond unacceptable to me – I have never experienced such a bad service. The only good reason to stay here is the location.
