Large, clean rooms with nice hot showers. Daniel and Soshi were very helpful. Nice rooftop resting area but the bar never opened. The outside bar wasn't stocked and never opened. Even though Daniel and Soshi each made a breakfast for us, the restaurant was never opened. Seemed like off season over New Years.

So I’m giving it one star only because I can’t give it a zero, hear me out.
1, They told me that I couldn’t pay with my credit card or debit card because the pos machine was not working. Also, I don’t have enough local currency on me but I do have enough us dollar. However, they didn’t take it and they even suggested me to go to the airport to change the currency. HERE COMES THE INTERESTING PART, THEY FORCED ME TO GET ON A “CAB” WITH A HOTEL STAFF TO GO TO AN ATM MACHINE WHICH IS ABOUT 400 METERS AWAY. THE CAB DRIVER CHARGED ME 10 US DOLLERS WHICH IS THE AVERAGE PRICE TO TAKE AN UBER FROM THE AIRPORT TO DOWNTOWN. I HAD NO WAY TO GET OUT OF IT, ONLY BECAUSE I DON’T WANT TO GET HURT IF YOU KNOW WHAT I’M SAYING, SO I HAD TO PAY THE MONEY.
2. The room I booked includes breakfast but they told me there’s no such thing even if I saw the small dinning room on the ground floor.
3. The service was trash, they didn’t do the breifing at all and two people working there were being completely not serious. Also, they were chatting so loudly that I could even hear it in my room.
4. The room is trash as well since half of the paint on the wall were off. The sheet and the pillow as well as the towel was dirty. Bugs and lices were everywhere and I got several bites in the room.
In short, worst experince ever. Even worse than the camp site during the safari.
IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT STAYING HERE, YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO.
