It maybe a little old fashioned but everything worked. Rooms clean and well presented. Location is perfect for beach lovers, and the staff where warm friendly and helpful. Perfect for a short break.

Such a beautiful hotel/ apartment with everything you need. Close to the beach and located between old town and new town. It was perfect !!! Love the pool area and the rooms.

I had an unacceptable experience with their customer service. I had to cancel our reservation after my mother who I was going to travel with had a serious accident a few days before our planned stay. I explained the situation to the hotel providing details and evidence of the injuries asking if it would be possible to cancel the booking at a lower cost. The reply from the customer service was very short with no kind words pointing out their strict cancellation policy. This was a stark contrast to the other hotel we had booked in Portugal which immediately sent their condolences and cancelled our booking at no cost. I understand that sometimes it is not possible to make an exception, but I don't think it is too much to ask to at least show some compassion and find some words of kindness instead of a short "No, there is nothing we can do." We will definitely not book a future visit at this hotel. I don't usually leave such bad reviews, but this reaction was really unacceptable when someone already has to deal with the fact that their mother is in hospital with serious injuries. The hotel should reconsider how they want to treat their customers.

Beautiful location. Spacious apartment. That’s what you pay for : a stroll to Albufeira by the beach, long beach, small beach, you name it : you are in front of the ocean in a small neighbourhood of Albufeira, pretty quiet which was not expected. The lows: well, service is minimum (not proactive), pool is not accessible after 6 PM, a bit of a shame, who does not like late night swim :-). Wifi is poor, internet is slow, they should even not say they have wifi, nowadays it is something that counts and the 200 €/day is much too high for the quality of the old habitation even if it is big !
