I want to express my deep disappointment with the management's handling of an emergency maintenance issue. Despite my urgent requests, no assistance was provided in a timely manner. As a result, the ceiling in my premises unexpectedly collapsed, causing extensive damage to my personal belongings, including valuable perfume and makeup worth over 10k. The lack of immediate action is not only concerning but also poses a serious threat to the safety and well-being of residents. Thankfully, I was not in the shower at the time of the incident; otherwise, the consequences could have been disastrous. This incident has left me feeling scared and anxious about potential accidents. It is essential for the management to understand the gravity of the situation and take immediate steps to ensure prompt maintenance response and prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Thankfully, I am alive, but the potential consequences could have been dire. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to prioritize the safety and security of residents.
