Prime location plus spacious and comfy rooms. No true check-in desk and finding the concierge is a bit tricky. We also had trouble getting into the resident parking area since both of my parking stickers didn't work. Phone number listed on the website went straight to voice mail multiple times. It's a BnB and not a real hotel. Service was basically zero and for a 500/night "hotel" I expected better.

great location as I used to live in the same building before. I was in Houston for a shopping/business trip and couldn't be more please. I normally stay at the Derek Hotel but this place is actually in the river oaks district. very safe, chic and great customer service
