They didn't answer any of my calls. I did not receive a response when I sent a message for any kind of information even it was the day we were supposed to check in. Horrible customer service.

I had to cancel the reservation I made 1 day ago due to the inconvenience in my family. They didn't even respond to my request for date change and cancellation. Similar bad service can also be in the hotel. I don't recommend at all I had to cancel the reservation I made 1 day ago due to family illness. They did not even respond to my request for date change and cancellation. Similar poor service may also occur at the hotel. I do not recommend at all
