Great apartment. Really clean, nice shower, very secure. Check in was easy, even when we were arriving at after midnight - Ioanna sent a message before hand explaining everything which was really useful! In a fantastic central location (less than 5 minutes walk off the train even carrying big cases!) with loads of restaurants and bars right outside... our apartment (Room 10) was quiet. Would 100% stay again. Thanks!

Our stay couldn't have been better. We were right in the heart of the action but the flat felt nicely tucked away from the hustle & bustle. Our flat was incredibly clean and well cared for. Bed is firm and cozy. AC was very nice to have for a couple Canadian tourists :) Monastiraki and Hadrian's Arch are within a few minutes of walking, the metro can take you to and from the airport easily and the shopping is solid+. The surrounding restaurants and tavernas are incredible. Ioanna is a wonderful host, very attentive and easy to reach for anything you might need to ask. A+++

Perfect place to stay in Athens. Close to metro and lots of places to eat. Communication with Ioanna was wonderful. Our original room was street side and somewhat noisy. We asked about changing rooms and she accommodated us immediately. Highly recommend M17! Will definitely stay here if we visit Athens again.

Extra clean, and renovated apartments. Will definitely stay again. Cons: First, there was a weird stain on the ceiling which I rather wished I wouldn’t see cause it was disgusting. Second, elevator broke so we had to use the stairs (not that bad cause all apartments are located in the 1st floor) and third be extra careful not get the apartment which is on the road side. You will not be able to sleep especially during Friday or Saturday cause bars are full of people and they play loud music.

The best place to stay in Athens! Perfectly positioned 5 minutes from the metro, walking distance to the acropolis and all the other major sites plus 2 minutes from great bars and restaurants. And on top of all this the apartments are stylish, super comfy, lots of hot water and everything else you could need. I was worried about the street noise as it’s a busy area but it didn’t disturb us at all. I’d recommend this place to everyone and we’ll definitely stay again.
