Room smelled like mole. Night time customer service representative was aggressive and spoke no English. We didn’t even get a brief orientation.

Stayed one night for test and go quarantine. Horrible experience. Checked into the room and saw there was a plastic bags with food stains (from food delivery) inside one of the drawers. When contacting the reception, they sent a lady who was supposed to be a housekeeper staff but dresses casually in her shorts, she came up with a child (about 4-5 years old) and they both entered the room, she took out the plastic bags and did the few quick wipes inside the drawer and apologized. It was so unprofessional, the whole act. The noisy sound from the cars honking all night long, very loud. The curtain does not entirely cover the windows, the light from the street gets through even at night. Found hairs inside the shower. The blanket (looking more like the couch blanket), was without linen cover, it did not feel hygienic at all. Do not recommend to stay even for one night at the hotel.

Stayed for one night. Was long black hair in the bed and white crusty stains on the bed sheets. No one in the reception. Got an apology when I checked out at least.
