Great place to stay, definitely recommended. Extremely clean (!!!), both apartments and the common area. Great swimming pool and well prepared gym. They even have a Spa (reasonably priced) and small restaurant with great coffee. The apartments do have microwaves, sink and kettle. The air con is working efficiently. The small bottles of water, coffee and tea are delivered on daily basis, if you want the cleaning - there is not a problem too. You can use laundry mischines or get filtered water on the ground floor.The hotel is situated in a walking distance to malls (incl. Big C, Tops and Lotus Supermarkets), cheap eateries (especially food courts in the malls where you can grab a delicious dinner for 60 thb), BTS and - what is crucial!- great park Chatuchak. It is really huge, beautiful. You can even meet great lizards there or see blooming sunflowers :)

Really nice room, very clean and good views. Bit far from there touristy areas but you can walk to the metro station (approx 15 mins) or take a grab.

This is such a nice hotel to stay in with a very nice price, but let's talk about there main rooms and availability. Now there are lots of insects like bugs and other stuff that are bigger. They have weak quality beds they are so hard as if there is a cartoon under the bed sheet and it wasn't comforting the room had a closet and a window. There was a kitchen that had plates,nescafe and mugs. Which was nice to have. The bathroom was fine the shower had a very tiny shelf that wasn't put in well. They offered shower caps,soap,shampoo, and a shower gel. The cleaners didn't work enough they would ask if you can give them a moment and then they wouldn't come back, then when you call on them, they would say that there cleaning hours are finished or they have a break. They would keep laughing and making noise at late night while I am trying to sleep. They had a nice pool to swim and a gym too. They had like a small cafe restaurant. They had a massage room which was amazing. Over all I don't think it's the best choice but if you're staying for like 3-5 days it's perfectly fine.

Nice clean room and toilets that also smelt clean most importantly when we checked in! Had a kitchenette with electric kettle/ microwave plus mugs/glasses/ bowls/ cutlery, a living room area with a decent sized tv and a coffee table, dining table set and a pretty big fridge. Cabinet has a few hangers for you to hang your clothes and they provide hairdryer too. Front desk staff/owner(?) was friendly. The decent sized pool is nice, has a sitting area for you to chill in the pool with lounge chairs out of the pool too in one corner. There is also a gym next to the pool plus they have a massage place on the 2nd floor. Staff emptied our trash and left us 2 bottles of water every day, also gave us more soap/tissue when we were running low. It is walking distance from Union Mall/ Union Hall and has an MRT station nearby which is convenient and an easy way to cross the road to get to Union Malk from underground. This place is in a quiet residential area. There are 7-11’s within walking distance (right opposite Union Mall). It is also a walkable distance from Central Ladprao mall using the MRT underground exits plus overhead pedestrian walkways.

The price is affordable, rooms are quite spacious and staff is helpful. The only downside is cleaning. The cleaning staff is extremely loud. They go around the hallways listening to music and laughing at the top of their voice. But they do no cleaning whatsoever. We stayed for several weeks so several times we asked specifically “to clean everything” / “do full cleaning”. We left tips. But nothing helped. This is how our bathroom looked right after the cleaning staff left after “full cleaning”.
