GREAT LOCATION! We enjoyed our stay and its location was 500 metres (give or take) from the Duomo! In the heart of town and close to everything. Location is what we paid for and it didn't disappoint!

I stayed here for 2 nights! Confortable: the bed wasn’t that good Cleaning: The coffee machine was not clean correctly, it even has salitre! The images are much better than reality, the front door didn’t work and the reception is only during the day, so I won’t stay here another time. At the end the place is quit acceptable but not worth, the only benefit is that literally it’s behind duomo!

The accommodation was overpriced for the service provided. Communication was difficult due to the staff's limited English proficiency. The hotel's location in Milano was hard to find and lacked proper advertisement. There were no complimentary water bottles in the room, and the tea offered was of low quality. Despite requesting an extra blanket, it was not provided as promised. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to these issues.

I would not stay here again. There is no signage on the ground floor letting us know which floor the hotel is on (as there is in other Italian hotels set up on a floor in buildings) and nothing in the lifts or the website to assist. The rooms are tiny and falling apart, for example the metal piece on the corner edge of the step in our room was glued on instead of drilled in and was falling off by the end of our stay. The toilet seat was also not fixed on and would come off every time it was lifted and closed. Only one room key was provided with no option for an additional one. Travelling as a couple there are times when one person will go out and the other stays at the hotel - because you need the key to get through two different gates (in AND out), the other person has to stay in darkness as you need the key to have light in your room. Ridiculous! There was a mix up with our payment as I had prepaid and was charged ago upon checking out. The money was refunded asap but it is not nice when you're on holiday to be double charged for any period of time.
