The hotel provides Laundry service to external clients. We chose express laundry service with 100 baht per kg, allowing us to pickup that night. However, they lost all our clothes, two bags. They wrongly gave our clothes to wrong owner, and failed to help us chase our clothes back. They provide us compensation but not enough to buy back all the lost clothes. And I just want my clothes back, I will only take my beloved clothes travel with me.

The hotel offers decent value for its price; however, my experience with requesting an extra towel and pillow was less satisfactory. They charge for additional towels and pillows beyond the initial one per person. While I would have appreciated a more polite response from the staff, their communication was brief, and there was no apology, she just said how much cost the extra things that’s it !

We booked in for 8 days, however, we wished to leave after only 2. It was advertised on airBnB with a kitchen space for guests to cook their own meals. False. The rooms lacked a space for luggage and we had to put them out on the balcony. Instructions in the room highlighted the charges for damages and blood stains on bedsheets and towels...and at the first cleaning the new towels provided were blood stained!! Lastly, the club down the street plays loud music up to 3am, not even earplugs worked.

Nice rooms, nice location. With the check in time there was some miscommunication. We were also told that there was no ferry anymore to Koh Phi Phi, only a very expensive one from the hotel, however, when we went to the pier to check, there were plenty and much cheaper. The view from the rooftop is amazing, especially with sunset, and there are nice restaurants in the area, and the beach is on walking distance.
