A clean and tidy hotel with great facilities (pool and gym). Requested a double bed, we were told to push the two singles together on arrival! Shower pressure was pulsing, air con was great, comfortable bed. Breakfast is not breakfast! It’s a soggy microwaved pizza ‘wrap’, doesn’t taste great, similar to plane food. The hotel’s location is out of the way from the ‘busy’ area, if you have a scooter it’s no problem but if you don’t the walk to the main road at night is very very dark. The hotel is really lacking a shuttle/drop off service to and from Ao Nang beach during the day and evening. Lots of customers attempted to get Grabs with no luck and a taxi to the beach is 150THB for a 4 min drive, it’s the same price to get the Krabi airport which is a 30 minute drive, makes no sense. For ease next time I’d stay more central.

For us, a couple with small child the location is perfect, 20 mins easy walk to the beach and 80bht grab taxi home. Beautiful surroundings overlooked by the beautiful Krabi cliffs. Extremely clean and well maintained hotel and grounds. For 3 weeks our room has been immaculate by the very attentive room service team. The fitness room has everything you could need to stay in shape and the pool is lovely and kept really well by the pool guy Boom. All the staff that work here and I mean everyone are very friendly and very helpful. They’ve treated us like family and we’re so thankful to have had such a memorable stay at B2. I had to cancel a reservation on the day I was supposed to check in due to the family coming down with a viral infection. As explained in both Thai and English to the hotel staff, we all went through the pandemic and didn't want to get others sick. Unfortunately, the hotel staff noted the cancellation policy did not allow for refunds so close to the checkin date / time, that there was nothing that could be done. I accepted that I would be out a considerable amount of money in order to protect the public; however, others should be concerned that the hotel policy will force customers to come to the hotel sick infecting guests and staff.

This hotel was possibly one of the most bizarre hotels we have ever stayed in. Firstly, the room itself, the beds itself , may as well slept on the reception desk it was that hard. Pillows were just as bad. The aircon wasn’t the best and leaked outside on the balcony. Bathroom - wow. Broken shower head, and a broken toilet roll dispenser .. did anything get done about it despite alerting them to this? No. The staff themselves seemed very petty. Prime example we took towels to the beach. when we came back, the cleaners didn’t replace our towels and clearly told the staff we had taken the towels and wouldn’t give us new ones until we have the others back from the beach. They seemed almost with an attitude. I also asked to move rooms as the bathroom stunk. Said there was none left despite multiple sites stating there was availability for a better room. Best part - seeing the hotel in the rear view mirror saying goodbye

Stayed here for 4 days 3 nights with my wife. Beautiful hotel, the layout of the garden was nice. Nice swimming pool to relax in. The rooms are clean and bright. Beds and pillows are comfortable. We requested room on a higher floor but we only got a room on the 2nd floor as higher floor rooms was sold out. The view wasnt great from the balcony. If u want better views, go for the Mountain view rooms. Only down side is, we found dirt marks on the blanket/comforter, the water pressure with the shower wasn't strong enough and water retention happens when we showered in the bathroom. Seems like the drainage is clogged. Breakfast is only wrap and coffee. At the entrance of the reception, you will see a travel/tour booth, a guy named Matt will be sitting there. Found him to be a really cool guy, friendly, knowledgeable about places in Krabi/Thailand. He was really helpful in recommending places to us, there's even a airport transfer from this hotel itself at an affordable rate. Do liase with Matt if you are staying at this hotel, he can give u the best recommendations and selections for touring around Krabi. Thumbs up Matt 👍👍
