The worse experience ever! First of all I booked this hotel for two nights and when I arrived they said they gave my room someone else and they are fully booked! They put me in different hotel far away and it was dirty and disgusting! Then the next morning they taxi me back to this place and it was dirty and disgusting as well as the first one! Check pics below! The worst place ever in Baku!

Very small hotel. Doesn't deserve the 4 stars Bad smell all the time Breakfast was very simple The only thing good in this hotel is the reception staff. They were very respectful and supportive
