They charged me $18 for a towel when I asked for the towel they claimed that the towel was thrown away and they hung up on me. What?? Did you think I dissapeared????!!?! 🤣🤣🤣😏 If I could give this property a negative 3 stars I would. This property is equivalent to Red Roof Inn but Red Roof Inn is on Hilton status compared to this property. The bottom of the barrel. If you had an option to stay here are sleep on the Interstate the Interstate is your best option, just bring a blanket. Again anyone wanting to stay here please change your reservation. You've been warned!

The towels were baby towels. When you ask for towels, they have a bad attitude. Ironing board or iron did not work. They did not clean the room. The room wasn't bad. It was the service and the attitudes from the few workers they had around. I wouldn't vacation there again.

This hotel is definitely not worth the hype or lies on the reviews. First, the property does not look anything like the pictures. Next the hotel only gives you 2 towels and tries to charge you for any additional towels. The hotel does not do a proper job in cleaning the rooms and you have to complain to get anything done. This was definitely a One Star hotel and I had a horrible stay!!! Please be Aware of this property!!!!!!!!

I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel. Worst part of all they charge my card for the room next door to me because we had the same last name. I found that to be racist and a horrible experience. They tried to tell me I knew the person and it was all lies. They worker put all the rooms on my card because we had same last name instead of getting everyone card for their room. The rooms was not clean and smell like mold. I hated this hotel!!!!!!!! I also was not charge any smoking fee but I guest you associate me with your other guest. That must be a universal response

This hotel is horrible with a capital H. This is a 1 star hotel at the most a 2 star!!!! I stayed at this hotel with my family and was instantly disgusted. We even saw a rat during our stay. They do not have real covers on the bed. The showers are in poor conditions as well. This hotel is more like a motel. I would never in my life stay at this FAKE Resort again. Please do not believe the hype or lies because this hotel is HORRIBLE!!!!
