Just staying a few nights in Naples and found it online for a decent price, so decided to try it. Walking there left us with the impression of being a bad area, but then the beautiful hotel was like an oasis and the staff assured us that it's a safer area than it looks. Room was simple but comfortable, staff very accommodating, and dinner in the on-site restaurant was amazing at a very good value.

Great hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fabulous. The room was a great size and very comfortable. The parking was great and a huge plus. The hotel is not very close to downtown itself by waking and you need to take the metro/ bus to get to the focal points of the city. With that said, the trade off was having a safe and comfortable place to park. The noise was a bit of an issue as our room was the first room going up the stairs on the first floor and we could hear everything taking place in the lobby and the noise from the outside courtyard where people sit out to smoke. Other than that it was great! I would recommend this hotel for sure.

Nice little hotel with very good service. They have a free parking, that is very easy to use. Nice outdoor restaurant with live barbeque and good selection if wine.

So when it comes to telling my opinion about Magri’s Hotel, first of all I have to say it’s nice and clean hotel but I can not believe it is a 4-star hotel, and into my eyes it’s not. So we arrived around 11 in the morning, we had to wait for check-in our room, our room was not ready,so there was no welcome drink, not showing hospitality. We booked only breakfast, it’s written buffet but you always should say what you want, you are not allowed to take it for yourself which is so annoying! On one hand, I have to say their level of English is not so good, there are so misunderstandings, so I just gave it up to explain what I want, on the other hand you don’t feel so comfortable, they are watching you all the time, and as I said you don’t feel you are a guest there. Although I have no bad experience with food taste, the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The room was so clean and tidy and they have a daily regular clean service. About the area, in general I didn’t find Naples a clean city, everywhere rubbish and smell of urine, so if you are fancy of have a nice walk like my husband and I don’t choose this hotel since it’s located in an industrial area and in some bridges nearby, poor people who are sleeping in the streets and the smell of urine and the sight of feces are painful. So as a law you have to pay 4.50€ per night for a 4 star ⭐️ hotel as a city tax in Naples, I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ for what they are spending this money? I guess if the hotel is responsible for getting that from tourists so they are responsible for telling their authorities to solve the problem of the city, to give the city a better face.

This is located in the industrial part of Naples, so the area is not ideal. The hotel itself is nice & not as dirty as everything around it. However, they do advertise the rooms having AC, BUT since we were here in late April and “it gets cold in the morning and at night” they had the AC off the entire time. They did not let us control it and it was HOT. I understand that AC is not standard in most of Europe, but why advertise AC when they won’t give you the option of turning it on for yourself & have you suffering in the heat.
