Don't get fooled by the outside of the hotel. Lovely hotel close to the city center and staff there were really helpful. Value for money.

Have lived in Italy for 22 years and it was my first time in Naples to pick up a rescue dog. Just a one night stay.I chose this place for the value for money and I am so glad I did. The rooms were big enough for a couple (and a small dog) with a comfortable bed, boiler (for tea if you want) and with a balcony. For breakefast you can go to the rooftop and eat in or on the terrace and the people running the place we sooooo nice. The were really sweet to the newly adopted dog, they offerd my partner as much food without gluten as possible (celiac), and even offered to open a whole bag of bread just for him. Caffé Napolitano is the best in the world btw. The breakfast spread was great. The staff working the morning breakfast area were authentically friendly and super hospitable. If you're into going out at night for a pizza or something you're only a couple hundred meters from a bunch of different locali, You're just a 15 min. walk from the central station which is the right distance. If I ever make it back to Naples, I'd definitely stay there again.

We stayed here twice before and after a Mediterranean cruise. Rooms are small and basic but don't need more than that because basically there to sleep. Tiny balcony off the room so you could enjoy some fresh air and the view. Near the cruise terminal. Took us about 20 minutes to walk there after we got back from our cruise. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived near midnight because we had some changes in flights due to delays and missed flight. I contacted them by email and told them we would be late and they waited for us to arrive. To return home we had to leave for the airport at 3:30 am and they called the night before and arranged a taxi to pick us up the next morning. Breakfast was awesome with fruit, yoghourt, breads and buns, pastries and even some days boiled eggs. Maybe not in the nicest neighborhood but we never had any issues. See how the normal people live. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. We arrived
