I don't normally write reviews, but this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had staying in a hotel. The head of this hotel likes to smoke right in front of the doors and parks in a spot that is reserved for choice reward members. Trying to get in a side door? Odds are, they're probably still not working. Cards having to get remade DAILY? Staff acted as if that was normal. As others have stated, this place reeks of pot. No breakfast, parking lot has numerous large and I mean LARGE potholes all throughout the parking lot. This hotel is below basic. Close to Dodge street which has everything you could want within a reasonable distance. In the end, I would not suggest anyone stay here for longer than a day, only if you absolutely have to.

I’ve stayed all over the world in lots of budget friendly hotels and this was absolutely the worst. When we checked in, we noticed there was no water pressure in the shower. There was only one towel in the room, and additional towels were not available until the next day. The bedding smelled like cigarettes. The box spring made all kinds of noises—you can’t sit, lay down, stand up, or roll over without the bed making horrible sounds. When I woke up the first morning, I was covered in hives. The Wi-Fi never worked, and the front desk said they knew it was a problem. The keys to the room also didn’t work, and had to be reset often. The ice machine in the room was also broken and made terrible sounds all night long. The worst part of this stay was the paper thin walls. You can hear every word of every conversation in the neighboring rooms. It was bad the first two nights, but the third night, there people running up and down the halls, slamming doors, and shouting at each other constantly between the hours of 2am and 6am. We called the front desk and complained multiple times, but it made no difference. It was an utterly absurd experience! I will say, all of the staff we spoke with were cheerful and professional. They were unable to resolve our complaints, but I appreciate their professionalism.

I like this hotel because it’s close to everything I need. The staff have been more than helpful during my long term stay. I have been staying here for a few months now. The ladies are very friendly. I’ve checked out a few times and came back and they were very welcoming. The gym needs to be updated as a lot of the machines do not work properly. The dryers were down for about 2 weeks causing a huge inconvenience. I’ve had more than one instance where the room smelled like cigarettes and I had to be placed in another room. There is ample parking around the entire hotel. The front desk staff are usually polite but the one guy Dharrmais Gandhi has made my experience unenjoyable more than once. There was a time when my keg would not let me in my room and I waited in the front lobby for 38 minutes. I called the phone as the sign says do repeatedly the whole time because I was irritated after a long day of work. When he arrived he said that he was checking the hotel and then he had lunch. I think that if you are the only staff member working you should not be gone away from the front desk more than 15 minutes at a time and that’s even too long. Another time I told him that someone left their lights on in the parking lot and his response was “too bad”. I tried to give him the make and model because the hotel requires us to give vehicle information but he didn’t care to help. His overall customer service needs improvement. I really dread when I have to deal with him.
