The girl at the front desk that worked the entire time we were there was exceptional but every other aspect of the stay was horrible. The laundry room was closed, restaurant and bar were closed, they informed us the pool was closing and to leave at 945pm and the sign said 10pm. The breakfast was bread, eggs, milk, and sausage. The eggs and sausage looked to be extremely old. We ended up spending $40 to have breakfast delivered to us from somewhere else. I was not happy with our stay to say the least. Please provide an email for after experience review.

One of the worst hotels I have ever seen. Check-in process was painfully slow, the people behind the front desk did not know how to use computers or hurry. Beds were comfortable, but phone in room didn't connect to the front desk, microwave and coffee pot could not be plugged in, and some mornings we had no hot water. The continental breakfast was non-existent 3 days in a row. One morning they had a package of bagels, a cantaloupe, and cereal. The hotel bar looked nice, wish it would have been open. TVs in the lobby were playing inappropriate horror movies that gave the kids nightmares. The day we checked out, one nice employee (Tanisha I think) gave us sincere apologies. The rest of the staff was indifferent every time we went to the front counter with a complaint. I believe we were severely over charged for hockey tournament price when the prices online were significantly cheaper.

I am very dissatisfied with my Service at this establishment. I have stayed here multiple times and the first time that I stayed here with my work crew we thought it was amazing. They had a bar with a restaurant that you could order food and watch sports in the lobby, and in the morning they had a great breakfast with eggs and bacon and sausage. The second time I stayed there they had none of this, and the rooms were dirty and the front desk staff was rude, not only that, but I could hear everything from outside my room. Seeing that, I had to go back to Omaha for work, I decided I would give it one more shot to see if it was as good as it was the first time. To my dissatisfaction I found it was not. They still had none of the things that made it a habitable hotel to stay at, the staff, was rude, the breakfast was disgusting, not only that but in trying to get out of that hotel as fast as I could, I accidentally left my toothbrush. Now, this wasn’t any old toothbrush. It was a Phillips Narelco Sonicare that was like $400. I called multiple times and talked to staff that verified that my toothbrush was there and that they would give it to the manager and have them contact me. It has been over a month and the manager Contacted me whatsoever. I happen to call him one day while he was in the office and he said he needed to verify with housekeeping if they still had my toothbrush. I’m extremely frustrated at this point because it’s been over a month and a half and I feel like they stole my toothbrush. Sounds a little weird, but you can remove the toothbrush heads and just buy new ones. I will never stay here again, and anybody who is looking for a place to stay in the Omaha area look for any other hotel.

The room was spacious. I was a little disappointed with all the stains on the carpet and could have used more water pressure in the shower. The hotel was nice and quiet. My husband and I were beyond disappointed with the breakfast. The images on Expedia did not match anywhere close to what was offered. There were plain bagels, strange looking scrambled eggs and sausage, that was all. We ended up not eating breakfast here. Honestly, one reason we selected this hotel was because of the breakfast photo. Be warned that the picture is not what you'll get.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Had to leave a message for the manager because I wanted to discuss my issues and he couldn’t even bother to contact me. Very professional The breakfast was a box of cheerios, warm milk, a bag of bread and hot water. The front desk argued with me that we were informed during check in which was a lie, then tried to convince me it isn’t on the website. It’s listed at least three times that there is a free breakfast. The beds were sunken in, the pillows reminded me of goldy locks and the three bears to hard to soft and just odd. Mold in the bathrooms. They had the side door of the hotel propped open with a rock so anyone could walk in. The pool was the only positive from the experience
