Absolutely lovely, staff is very friendly and helpful, the owners check in with guests personally and have the cutest little dog Austin who also mingles with all guests. The rooms are very nice, the ambience overall is peaceful and perfect for escaping the real world. The one thing that was a bit disturbing and nothing to do with the resort is the direct neighbors have a dog that cries all night, seems like he's being left outside and needs attention. Could the resort do something to ensure the dog is treated better?

I liked EVERYTHING, spectacular, as if it were my own private home, there were no other people staying so the enclosure was pure tranquility, ideal pool, full breakfast in any mode of those who gave us to choose, perfect and elegantly decorated room, we loved it, with the shower on the outside that gives it its puntillo ... we dined one day in the restaurant and phenomenal, very rich everything and super friendly staff, to repeat. Ahh, and the ideal location, close enough to the center to walk and far enough away to have no noise.

This one has it all. Good location, attentive service and rooms that are spacious, Khmer inspired and comfortable. The owners are very nice and friendly. One comment is about a dog next door- on a different property (behind the breakfast area) that is crying most of the time. For animal lovers this is disturbing. It is not part of the hotel or their responsibility, but I hope this little dog can be get better care from his owner. 🐶 😭
