The hosts are very friendly, great place, 5 minutes walk to the Vatican... Rooms are big and clean feels like home away from home !!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Joseph was a great guy, very helpful. Breakfast was great the day we got it. The location is superb if you’re going to the Vatican. The room is nice for the price and pretty clean. Only two small downsides, check in instructions weren’t clear but it got sorted when we called, and also it really could use a new shower curtain. Other than that it was a great stay.

Joseph is friendly & helpful in every way. He is the best host we have had on our 6 week mediterranean vacation! Room is really modern and nice decor. 3 blocks from metro. WATCH OUT FOR PICKPOCKETS in Roma Termani!!!!!!

We booked a place for 4 days next to the Vatican in the prestigious and lively Prati neighborhood to feel Rome in a combination of locals and tourists. There is no better place to feel the pulse of life. The hotel is perfect. Affordable price. Excellent service. The manager of the place is amazing. Tourist help at the highest level. The manager told me that the place is undergoing a style refresh in the coming days, it would be interesting to come back again. Love good surprises, highly recommend.
