Needless to say, location of the hotel is perfect. It is close to the big Church and other important landmark in Milan. The lobby is basically small and nothing grand about it but the room is suprisingly big and well equipped. There are some stains and defects here and there but acceptable for the price/location. Pillow and bed are really not bad. It's quiet in the morning too.

Hotel staff were very helpful and a shout out to Rony. She was a delight. That being said the hotel itself was underwhelming. The carpet is stained and worn throughout including our room. The furniture is quite old along with all light fixtures. We stayed on the 6th floor and the temp in the room was 25c. You cannot control the ac from inside the room. You need to ask the front desk, which I did, but was told that the "system" was "off" for the winter (we were there first days of November) so no AC to cool it down. The windows do open but it's not realistic to leave them that way due to noise from building next door and a lot of noise from street level not to mention the heavy rain. Hotel is in desperate need of a makeover. The room style and decor looked nothing like the website pics. Location however is excellent. Online it looks like you can see the Duomo but in reality, it's a few blocks away. Plenty of options to eat nearby as the hotel does not provide breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel let alone come back to stay. I just never felt comfortable.

The superior room we booked was not even remotely as big as the one in the picture on their website to the extent that there was no space to open 2 large suitecases at the same time. The carpet was really old and dirty, the bed headboard had yellow stains, and at our arrival we found crashed goji berries on the night table. Neither the body wash nor the shampoo bottles in the shower were ever filled during our 3-nights stay.
