More 2 star than 4 and an Indian run hotel so the only food on the menu in Indian, including the full English which comes with spiced omelette. The shower didn’t work, drawers were broken and the high street is so third world you don’t feel safe going out at night. I have moved room twice because the shower tray overfilled and flooded the bathroom and I’m sitting in reception now waiting for a third, while the man in front of me is arguing over being overcharged.

It's not a 4 star hotel as advertised (of course!) but it's a great value for money. Staff was nice, room was clean, bed was comfy and we got fresh towels everyday. Bus stop and Metro station right in front of the hotel allowed us to get anywhere really fast (less than 20min). There was also a supermarket and a starbucks across the street, which is always a plus.

The worst hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune to stay at. I discourage you to book a room here. The personnel at the reception desk lacked basic knowledge and respect. Totally disrespectful, particularly some individuals. They could not explain price differences and were generally extremely rude and confrontational when asked any questions (when asked for their phone number, they suggested I look for it on their website and refused to help). The rooms were not clean (empty bags and dirty cleaning paper was left in the bed), the AC did not work properly (the lady at the reception desk replied “I don’t know, I don’t do maintenance around here” when I asked for help). We asked if we could borrow a hairdryer and was promised this would be brought to our room. an hour later reception confirmed they were going to bring it to our room - we never got it. We generally felt we were being lied to all the time and treated poorly. I would not recommend this place to anyone, it’s a disgrace and the 4 stars are clearly another lie.

AVOID! I am never one to leave reviews but NEVER stay here! Dirt everywhere. Coffee stains on walls. Carpets coming up off the floor. Toilet doesn’t flush properly. Hairs on bedsheets. Bugs in the bathroom. Bathroom stinks of smoke. Room also has a bad odour. Door does not feel locked when close it and no other extra lock to close. Rough area. Only ok part about this is a short walk to the tube. I would recommend stay anywhere else to have a good night stay and actually enjoy your trip…

I guess we shouldn’t have expected a luxurious hotel but this was somewhat of an experience. We changed our rooms on our first day because the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. The next night the fire alarm gone off 5 times in a row, which was a malfunction. I mean for our money it was still okay but if someone is looking for more comfort I would pay a bit more for a better hotel
