The only positive about this b&b is the location. Room was below basic, no bedside lamp, bedside table, drawers or anywhere to put any baggage other than 5 hangers on a rail so ended up piled up in a corner, very shoddily finished, shower head so furred up with lime scale the water goes out at all angles mostly running down the wall and shower curtain so almost impossible to get wet, window doesn’t close to the seals properly so very noisy. Breakfast not included either so all in all very poor value for money

Loveky b&b style in the centre of Blackpool. Easy to find and easy to gain access. Easy to check in and out. Host was lovely. Bad thing the fire alarm went off at 9 am and I want expecting that. Would stay again. It was clean. Decoration was lovely.

No parking, which we were expecting. On road parking only, one and half hour stay between 8am and 6pm. So if you arri e at 2pm you would need to keep moving your car. Hotel is very tired and needs both painting and new carpets, but it is only a 2* and this showed. . Shower was not hot when we arrived at 4pm. room was clean., but stairs very steep, no lift. Had to ring a number and wait till man opened door, I was glad it wasnt raining when we arrived otherwise we would of been soaked. I would not stay here again.
