Stayed here while visiting family over Christmas. Room was basic - some minor maintenance needed and bed could have done with another blanket. But I just needed a place with a bed and a shower, so suited me. Location is right in middle of central Blackpool. Very convenient if you want to see that area. But gets noisy at night/early morning. There are 2 or 3 parking spaces available next to the hotel. Costs £10 a night. But there’s a public car park up the road, which costs about the same. Service was excellent. Only one staff member was on duty while I was there. He was very friendly and helpful, and made a good fried breakfast. Other guests were also friendly, and would chat over breakfast. Would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. Very basic room but that is all we needed, somewhere to put your head down. Breakfast was nice, lovely lady that served us. Clean areas, daily bed sheet change. No bedside lamp or fridge but was not critical to us although would have been nice. We recommend this place if you are not worried about luxury.

Firstly I need to say how amazing the customer service is, they really went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. We came with 2 young children plus an elderly relative and they were fantastic to accomodate us. Very friendly and aproachable and helped whenever could without being asked. Was a bit difficult with stairs to access hotel for some. Hotel was clean, in order, a bit dated as I think most old building are. Everything in our room worked great. Wonderful view we had a big spacious view. Breakfast was really lovely! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Well let's start on a positive note! The hotel was clean and breakfast wasn't bad! Now for the bad there was me my wife and 13yr old son in a room the size of a shoe box with a small double and a single the bathroom was located in a cupboard guttering outside our bedroom window was broken and of course it rained so all night we heard dripping water on bedroom window ledge the bar is expensive a can of coke is £2 only have carling lager and if you like dark fruit cider you get a can which sets you back £3.50!! As we were checking out which to be honest we couldn't wait I went back to the room as I had forgot something my wife slipped down the stairs bruising her arm back and leg so owner was informed and the response I got was what do you want me to do about it!! Oh yes and trying to get a game of pool is impossible kids (something to do with owner or staff member) hog the table noisy all the time running around even at breakfast when your trying to eat they are loud and carrying on! Fair to say I will pay a little extra next time and stay in a respectable accomadtion I would avoid this place if you want to enjoy you stay!!!
