Around 5 years ago, one time I use the rooftop Gym, I paid already. And I bring my Girl Friend to Gym, want to introduce this gym is good. At that time, my GF only touch around 10 mins, and we left there. One skinny khmer staff insist my GF touch, need to pay "$17 USD"!! He didnt tell us even I was old client there. If this khmer boy can inform us this rule in advance, we must follow or I don't let my GF touch the gym equipment. Anyway, this skinny khmer boy insist with very rude attitude at that time. After that, I never go inside this building anymore. Feel very very not comfortable !! (But their gym mgr at that time is a nice strong guy, he always have big smile! i have to say he was very friendly to me!)

Better avoid. If you decide to stay,dont rent it on a monthly basis. They will overcharge you for electricity. According to them the AC units are not connected to a meter and they determine the usage themselves. Stayed there before for a month,used 2 AC almost all the time,got charged 260usd. Decided to give another try. Used only 1 AC. Total bill 405 usd. Total rip off!!

Cambodia ,Phnom Penh ...best and very modern apartment, staff service friendly, helpful ,environment good, very clean and good location ....rooftop have swimming pool and mini cocktail bar ...room is clean , have washing drying machine ,have microwave oven machine....good view....dissapointed is dont have breakfast....is good Apartment for Family staying and enjoying....Luxurious apartment....
