I enjoyed the hotel décor, I got to stay 2 times the past month, in two different rooms and they are very quiet and very comfortable. My only complaint is how warm the bed cover was. breakfast was great and the bar / restaurant are really nice to hang out at. would want to come back.

I would prefer to give 0 stars ! There were 4 of us eating there. We had reserved a table for 21:30. We all ordered pizza. After the third request where our order was, our pizzas arrived at the table at 23:20! This is a real impudence! We were told we would get 4 free drinks because we had to wait so long. I told the waiter that we didn't care about the drinks and that we just wanted our food! The staff just runs up and down. Nobody cares about the guest! Nobody comes by to ask if you need anything else or if everything is ok. As our pizzas finally arrived at 23:20 we were shocked! The bottom of the pizza was ENTIRELY burned!!! My friend had mushrooms on the pizza that weren't even in the oven for a second!!! My 2 friends had „mozzarella di bufala“ on the pizza, which has not melted on the pizza like usual. They said the mozzarella was cold and that the pizza tastes horrible! For the dessert it was unfortunately to late because the kitchen was closed. As we wanted to pay, we had to wait 45 minutes for the bill. The 4 “free” drinks were also included on the bill. After a complaint it was removed. The staff is nice. It's not their fault that they have to do 2 services (or more) on one evening so that they can not take care fort the guests properly. Aside from that, the music was too loud so we couldn't have a normal conversation at the table! We felt like we were at a bar! We certainly won't eat there again and we will tell this story to all our friends too.

Spent 7 nights at the hotel, and not a single night provided restful sleep. The rooms lack proper insulation; we could hear everyone not only in the hallways but also the movies our neighbors were watching. Additionally, the air conditioning was problematic, either making the room freezing cold or uncomfortably hot. Despite reporting the issue, nothing was found to be broken. Despite the hotel is well-located.

One of the best hotel experiences. We stayed for six nights and truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Mama Shelter. The ambience is quirky, yet brilliantly elegant. As you arrived to the hotel you immediately see the individuality of this hotel compared to anything else you have been in. The lobby, restaurants, and even the rooms were beautiful and full of individual touches. Food was top notch, and drinks were excellent. I recommend this hotel.
