This Hotel is very beautiful and peculiar, nice aesthetic in the lounge. It is close to the dancing house and in 15 minutes, you can walk to the old town. Stood there for 3 nights with wife and my son (toddler), and it was good. They provided a cot in the room. The breakfast is OK, small but with good choices and the aesthetics of the breakfast room is nice. They also provided high chair foe the toddler. Not suitable for people with mobility issues as you have to go up and downstairs to get to the lift to get your room. The staff is approachable, and they always helped with my needs. They even booked taxis on my behalf. However, the staff (I guess the cleaning staff) is very loud when starting yo work in the middle of the night and for several nights we got woken up with loud talk and laughs and banging doors. Overall nice hotel but some things can improve.

Fantastic location, very friendly staff especially at breakfast. The hotel was extremely accommodating and provided us with a room when we arrived in the morning. Loads of choice at breakfast which was delicious and never too busy. Rooms are really big with all the usual amenities with coffee maker, hair dryer, fridge, safe, wifi etc and lovely quiet air conditioning. Beds soft and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would stay again when visiting Prague.

Honestly, I had one of the worst hotel experiences in my life. Only good thing about this hotel is the location. All started at the arrival. - We asked for a parking space. Hotel confirmed that everything is available, but when we arrived we were told that parking spaces are full and that we should use the public parking nearby, which requires you to pay for it every 12 hours. If you miss the payment then you risk getting a ticket. - Next, the room keys did not work, had to go back down to fix it. (not a big deal on it's own, but just adds to the rest) - Soap dispenser was empty, had to request replacement. - Initially we thought that there is no hot water in the room so we went and asked at the front desk. The attitude that we received was something unimaginable. Receptionist did not even stand up to speak to us and just smiled and told us that we simply don't know how to use the taps... He told us that he will send someone up to check the tap. I refused because my kids were sleeping after the long trip. Went back to room and tried to run the hot water again. Turns out you need to let the water run for nearly five minutes (not joking and I timed it) and only then the hot water will come. You need to repeat this process every time when you have not used hot water for longer periods. Great way to save water! -Tea spoons were dirty - Spider webs on the ceiling. Dusty lamps. - Clicking noises all night long from the air conditioner - You cannot make the room dark during the night because the door to the bathroom is glass and the window in the bathroom has no curtains. Not great for people who need a good night sleep. How can this hotel be a 5 star....

Amazing location and views from rooms. Advice would be to not book Suites as they are dark and stuffy rooms. More like an attic room than a suite. I wish the service was a slight bit better too. For laundry I was asked to bring it to the reception instead of having it collected from the room. Once done, I had to go collect it back from the reception too. On another occasion, I had the "do not clean" hanging on my door, but despite that someone came into the room.
