A lovely hotel, in a lovely location, with very kind and welcoming staff. The beach is directly in front of the hotel, and the location is nice since it's close to the harbor, but not too close, and you can get pretty much anywhere on the island within 45 minutes to 1 hour. The restaurant/cafe connected to the hotel is lovely and is actually part of the reason I decided to stay here after coming to this spot daily on my last trip to Nusa Penida. They also have a dive shop which can bring you snorkeling and scuba diving with the Manta Rays, which I highly recommend! The cleaning staff left this piece of artwork in my room (pictured below) which made my day! There are nice restaurants and even a massage place within walking distance as well. Definitely coming back here!

We stayed at Mambo Hotel for 2 nights, and we loved it! The rooms were clean, and bed was comfortable. The air con worked great which is a big deal for me, the deck/ patio view was great, you can see the ocean peeking through the trees. We found the room very private also, which we liked. Friendly accommodating staff, arranged a driver for us from hotel back to the ferry/ fast boat area also.

Loved this place. Stayed just one night but would absolutely come back. Lovely, clean and beautifully designed rooms. Two main options: ground floor rooms with balconies that open right out to the pool or second floor rooms with balconies with a glimpses of the beach between lush trees. The resort also conveniently has a dive school and beach-front restaurant.
