We have just returned from our 3rd stay at Mandalay and have already booked for next year! The position could not be better- directly across the road from Four Mile Beach and the property itself is kept in superb condition by the managers. We have stayed in both the standard and the executive apartments and the decor in the executive version is a dramatic step up and worth the additional cost. The staff are wonderful and the whole feeling of the building is about quality and attention to detail. I agree with a previous reviewer regarding supplies. It seems that policy is to completely empty the kitchen and the usual practice of there being some basic supplies remaining from previous occupants would make it feel less wasteful at the end, knowing that everything would be thrown out.

So close to 4 mile Beach (5 min. walking) protected (from stingers) swimming area. Nice pools, tennis court, BBQ areas, rooms are awesome. Staff are even better. Free underground parking. What's not to love.

Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment with everything we could want for a great holiday! The location was perfect next to the beach and easy walking distance to most restaurants and bars! Loved it.

We Stayed at the Mandalay Apartments and found it wonderful rooms were spotless beds were so comfy and in a great location. The only thing I could say that would have made it even better was condiments cooking oil/salt/vinegar and tomato sauce I hate buying these things only to throw them after not much use. But overall we had a great stay and the kids loved the pool. Thanks!
