Stayed there for 2 weeks and had absolutely no issues. This is a budget hotel with a perfect location (safe, quiet and only a 2-minute walk from Paddington Station). The owners are kind and helpful. The furniture can be a bit old, but clean nonetheless, and the room was very warm. This is highly recommended for people travelling with a budget.

Hotel in the lower price segment. Incredible UK hotels can be of such low standard. Anyway, this one was ok for 2 nights. Good thingit was clean and had friendly staff. No heating, only a fan to warm the room. Shower were good with high water pressure. Location is international.

Good budget hotel in a perfect position. The place is small, but perfect if you want just to sleep and do not pass a lot of time in the bedroom. A small bathroom is inside, the shower perfectly works. If you do not pretend to much from the stay, Mandalay Piction House is the place. Thank you very much for your hospitality, we will come back

Nice little hotel with very nice host. The room were in nice modern colours and the beds very good to sleep in. Big windows which could give light and fresh air to the room. Warm water in the shower. The reason that I rate only to 3 stars, is, well it's not a fancy hotel, there were some things that could do with a repair and the windows though beautiful didn't keep out any noise from the street. Also we had a bit of an ant issue the day we left. But I also thing that the price is most reasonable. Close to Paddington station, close to Hyde park. Definitely a place I would recommend and come again if possible. After covid 19 the hotel doesn't serve breakfast. There are nice places to go within 5 minutes.
