A great High end boutique resort in Ubud. Firstly arriving at the lobby a friendly and warm hospitality staff welcomed. The suite and the villa are gorgeous simple calm designs make your feeling be relaxed. Public facilities are superb moreover experience during taken meals at river side restaurant. And also the spa is fantastic at the river side. If you are looking for a high end resort in Ubud this could be best choice. Just 10 minute drive to Ubud town and easy way to explore of Ubud village👍👍👍

Really an amazing experience. Fantastic views, unique temple atmosphere, and exemplary hospitality. Our stay was amazing because of our contact at the hotel, Louis. Louis has a genuine warmth about him and catered to our every need. He has a very bright future, we loved him! If you ever stay at the Mandapa, be sure to ask for Louis!

This is truly the best hotel I’ve ever been to. The views of Ubud are gorgeous and so is the property. What stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service. You get your own private butler on call to you via Whatsapp and they take such good care of you. The hotel has an exclusive feel since the property is so huge but there are few rooms. The dining was excellent—the Japanese place had the best sushi and the breakfast buffet was amazing and accommodating to us vegetarians. The morning yoga was so beautiful and the whole mindset/lifestyle is perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful, serene getaway!!!

very expensive hotel with terrible service. The hotel itself is nothing special, an ordinary hotel, good location, beautiful nature. Most of all I was outraged by the service, especially in the restaurant there were a lot of mosquitoes, although the staff was told many times, the problem was not solved, huge cockroaches flew in, there was an opportunity to immediately turn on the repellent, but they did not. In general, they gave a lot of money, but the dinner was ruined. The waiter worked for a long time and was not attentive to requests, I am amazed at such terrible service in an establishment of this level.

I cannot begin to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay here. Everything from the rooms to the service level of the staff will set a new high bar against which you will have to measure everything else, regardless of wherever you've been. We would like to specially thank Dwi and our patih Made for making sure all our needs and wants were attended to, and for making our stay exceptionally memorable.
