I would like to convey my heartfelt appreciation for the delightful experience I encountered during my recent stay at MO Hotel Jakarta. My sincere thanks extend to the entire team for the commendable services provided throughout my visit, as well as the unexpected room upgrade, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. While the overall experience was exceptional, I would like to offer a suggestion for improvement regarding the breakfast offerings. It was observed that the breakfast lacked variety, especially in terms of Western, Chinese, Indonesian, or Japanese cuisines. Despite this, the breakfast provided was undeniably excellent and delicious. I would also like to commend the seamless process from check-in to check-out, reflecting the team's efficiency and professionalism. Kudos to your team for their exemplary service, and congratulations on a job well done. I look forward to future stays at MO Hotel Jakarta.

I made this reservation on behalf of my parents as they were in Jakarta in January to attend a wedding. And it so happened that my mum's birthday had just passed, so I thought it'd be a nice belated present for her. I am really impressed with, and appreciated of, the room & concierge team for helping to pull of the mini birthday surprise in my parents' room, complete with a really cute birthday cake towel and a few photos decorating the place. My mum was definitely very happy with it, and my parents enjoyed their stay at M.O. Thank you very much, Rahma & team for a wonderful hospitality.

Luxury 5 star hotel. Very attentive and helpful staff. Very professional and efficient team. Everyone from the security staff, the door attendants, the reception staff, the concierge, the gym staff and the restuarant staff made me feel very welcome staying in the hotel. Clean room. Well equiped gym room. Good location on the big road. Walking distance to Grand Indonesia Mall opposite the hotel. The hotel can arrange Silver Bird taxi very quickly which I found to be efficient service

All are excellent, the service are delivered in a high standard of quality. Its all 10 out of 10. But, if I have to provide feedback to increase the greatness, I think you can consider to make the ambiance brighter especially in the living room area and also the glass of the window is quite dirty, it little bit bother the city view. Adding kids club and kids pool also will be good ideas. Last, as a conclusion, I will repeat this experience for sure. Great job!
