No telephone number for Manager. No free to air TV only YouTube. Nowhere to sit. The sofa which is apparently a bed broke when sit on. The worst I have ever stayed in

Way too expensive they lies and say we have to increase the rent because of such and such. They asked for 300 pounds for cleaning.

The size of the apartment was good, same about the location. The staff was close to impossible to reach in any way before arrival. We had to pay 50GBP for arriving 5 min later than agreed. The apartment wasnt as clean as I would expect, and the warm water was out most of the time, making us have extremely cold showers. Also the staff came into the apartment while we were sleeping, hours before checkout.

Made a booking and then received a text same day to say due to covid the booking was cancelled and refund would be processed asap. I have been chasing this refund for the last 8 months, all the numbers used by Map Residential Apartments are not working anymore, I am a student trying to survive through this pandemic, as we all are. I am shocked that they would take advantage in this way. After reading so many reviews i can see i am not the only one, and i am shocked that someone could do this to so many people when we are all struggling through this PANDEMIC. As far as i am aware this is a scam and they are taking advantage of the lockdown situation. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY BY BOOKING WITH MAP RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT!
