I will definitely return to this hotel! Comfortable bed, uber quiet room (1st floor!), plentiful and delicious breakfast included, kind and courteous staff, and a very safe and convenient location. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom, nor hot water / tea / coffee in the room. But for all the above and the affordability, I will return in a blink of an eye 😊 I highly recommend this lovely hotel for whenever you need something great, non pretentious and inexpensive. I had an overall wonderful experience at Hotel Marconi 💕

Booked a last minute single room here when I missed my flight in August, got there to be told I had a double room on the second floor, which was a nice surprise! The room was simple but lovely and cool, felt clean and was very comfortable, including the bed. There is a rooftop bar with casual outdoor seating that doesn't have particularly stunning views, but it's a nice atmosphere and cocktails are reasonably priced. It definitely added a unique and memorable dimension to my short stay! The breakfast buffet was amazing, the pistachio croissants were just phenomenal. You can order cappuccino, lattes etc for breakfast, however I'd advise drinking it immediately as it's served lukewarm. The only downside to my stay was the unfriendly receptionist who checked me out (in contrast to the very lovely lady who checked me in). He knew I was in a hurry to catch a train but took his time shuffling papers, was very kurt and abrupt in his manner and I left feeling like I'd done something wrong (maybe he just didn't like tourists, but he's kind of in the wrong business if that's the case!) I'd still recommend this hotel, it's ideally situated (a 20min walk from the Duomo) and you get more for your money, considering some of the prices other hotels are charging.

I loved my stay here! Peaceful hotel with an amazing breakfast! The front desk was always helpful! I like the architecture a lot, not so much of the rooms though, but still 5 stars :)

The only two thing which I like is the location, closes to Milano Central station and the breakfast so good with wide options. The rooms are so old and outdated. The lights are not working properly and bath towels are also very old. Not feel like using it. And also the receptionist lady felt like rude and getting angry whenever we ask for any queries. Overall it’s ok. But not recommended with a family stay.
