The location of this hotel, right in the heart of Milan, is undeniably exceptional, and some of the staff stand out for their professionalism and courtesy. However, my stay was overshadowed by two major incidents. Firstly, it's surprising that for a 5-star establishment of this caliber, there is only one baby bed available for all guests. Our 2-year-old child, not being used to sleeping with us, was greatly disturbed. As a result, our nights were not as restful as I had hoped. Next, I was deeply disappointed by the attitude of a staff member at the restaurant. I was denied the simple request to heat up a baby meal. I got the impression that this refusal was based on a subjective judgment of me rather than on hotel policy. Thankfully, an attentive receptionist was able to remedy this inconvenience. In conclusion, despite the undeniable assets of this hotel, these mishaps marred our experience. I sincerely hope that my feedback will be taken into account to improve the service in the future.

You can't sit more centrally! You open the shutters and you have a view of the duomo and the square. Spacious, beautiful rooms. If you have to find the hotel yourself, that can be an assignment. The entrance is at the back of the gallery. There are no signposts. Fortunately the taxi driver knew the hotel. Friendly staff! We had no inconvenience and found it quite a quiet location in the middle of the city center.

Great location however the room cannot be made dark, sheers only not curtains or block out blinds. Hostile security guard who goes out of his way to miss direct you and make you feel uncomfortable unwelcome and threatened. I will never stay here again and do not recommend it.
