Super nice staff, supermarkets and an organic fruit and veggie store 2 minutes away, beautiful view from the roof, the apartment had good AC and WIFI and a big kitchen with modern amenities. If you need extra towels (only 2 bigger ones and tiny hand towels) you have to ask. Room Cleaning starts on the 3rd day only. Overall great experience there. :)

Stayed at Mare for almost 2 weeks, had a great experience. Rooms are nice and clean and spacious, location is great and walking distance to main strip of shops and restaurants and beach. Jonatan who works at the front desk was great from the moment we got there to the moment we left, great customer service and always pleasant. Jorge was also very helpful. Definitely recommend Mare, I will be returning in the future.

We recently stayed at Mare Condos and we couldn’t ask for a better place. It’s located super close to the main streets of Playa del Carmen, so that it’s easy to reach the beach or the 5th avenue. Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable, super clean with a nice balcony. The guys at the reception were all very kind and helpful, especially Jonathan. On the rooftop there is a nice pool (we couldn’t enjoy it because we were always outside but it’s definitely worth it). We can’t wait to be back soon!

Staff is very welcoming Johnathan & Elisabeth were more than very helpful. Management needs to softer their rules ( like extra charging for stains on towels) overall knowing that many rooms are positioned at the reception ( u won’t sleep more than 8.00 o’clock , which was fine for us but not for everyone would be ) and many of them have the connecting door creating irritating situations with other customers ( listening someone watching tv after midnight or situation of privacy) Working in the same environment i would suggest : 1 in situations were customers are not already satisfied with the accommodation don’t ask stupid extra charging at the end like stains on towls( never happened in my life but I understand your point of cost view) try to understand also that your country is an hot country , sun , sand , tan , powder from the street .When I take a shower Automatically the towels get dirty. Try to get VANISH Removedor for stains , it’s super.👌 2* check of the room at the check out is fine. But it should have done also at the moment of the cleaning of the room . The efficiency of the management of short term problems is good. But solving them doesn’t get u better on long term is the fundamental problem itself cannot be solved . Focus more on cleaning and improving privacy of rooms.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at the Mare Vocational Condo apartment in Playa del Carmen for 8 days. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Martina at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed including a washer/dryer which was very helpful if you stayed for long period. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach (10 min walk) and nearby attractions (5th Avenue is 5 min walk). I would highly recommend this property, and Martina’s outstanding service made it a truly memorable stay. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One thing I would recommend to improve is to replace the cooking equipment, spoons and forks. It’s old and doesn’t look good. Other than that it’s all good for me.
