Our apartment had just been listed for rent and we were the 1st guests which was lucky for the resort as there were several teething problems and as I am an accommodation provider myself was perhaps more tolerant. There was no wifi, (obviously not checked before renting out), and it wasn't provided until the 6th of our 7 days stay although on 3rd day we were provided with a temporary one. No dishwasher, of which the staff were unaware of. (Some people wouldn't like that!). No dryer which was difficult with 3 children, even with fine weather with only 1 small clothes horse but I was given another when asked for 1. Mattress protectors were very tatty, stained, torn and 1 was missing. However it was a very nice apartment, well stocked kitchen equipment which was brand new. Nicely furnished with nice touches such as nice art work on walls, ornaments etc. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Pool was very nice and as slightly heated meant the kids could comfortably stay in for ages. Spa temperature was also perfect and very clean. Great position, very short walk to beach and also to the nearest light rail station. All in all a great place to stay.😉

Rooms were old, run down and dirty. 2 rolls of toilet paper supplied for 6 people. If you run out you have to buy more. Air con stunk. No airflow in bedrooms. Beds as hard as concrete. The pool area was nice but the water is over heated. Would not recommend staying here.

Great location and friendly staff. Lovely pool but there was no games room as advertised on line. Our kitchen had very worn amenities. Cooker,oven etc. But the rooms clean.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This was the worst possible experience ever. BLACK MOULD EVERYWHERE! Friends and I, (5 of us) rented a room, #34, for 2 nights at $740. When we got into the room, there were stains all over the floors and walls. The bedding was absolutely disgusting, covered in stains. We ended up sleeping on the couches. After further investigating, we found the dryer filter was covered in dust which is a SERIOUS fire hazard. Next we looked in the air conditioner. The filter was covered in dust. Once cleaning it, we saw black mould ALL OVER the filter. DANGEROUS!! There were 2 half empty rolls of toilet paper between the 5 of us for two nights, so we had to buy our own. Kitchen was disgusting. Oven and range hood were filthy, covered in grease and dust. STENCH WAS AWFUL. MOULDY TOWELS LEFT IN THE WASHING MACHINE. Would have a better stay in a jail. Reception were rude, photos on the website were not at all accurate and overall so disgusting, took over an hour for us to find the onsite manager. Only positive is that we got a refund and comped for half price.

Mould everywhere!! Where to begin, as soon as we walked in we noticed that the room we received was nothing remotely close to the rooms that were advertised, once we went through the rooms and kitchen we noticed the disgusting state of the rooms, there were brown and white stains all over our bedding, the carpets in our room had massive 0.5m2 sized stains, the oven looked like it had never been cleaned and the range hood in the kitchen had grease stains all over the vent. We turned the air conditioner as soon as we walked in as it was very hot that day, and once we noticed the smell I opened the aircon to check the filters and that’s when we found the massive amounts of built up dust, and once we cleaned it we found the mould that was covering the air conditioner filter, it was absolutely disgusting, let alone the stale towels that had been washed and forgotten about for what smelt like weeks in the washing machine. We paid $740 for 2 nights in what looked like a trap house, management were slightly apologetic but it is a joke to even consider charging people for that room.
