This place is truly exceptional – it's impeccably clean and exudes a warm, cozy ambiance. Nestled in the heart of Tbilisi, it's conveniently located close to all the must-see places. Every morning, you're treated to a sumptuous breakfast with a unique main meal for each day. What sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff they are incredibly friendly and kind. During my stay, they even accommodated me when my flight was delayed. I absolutely adored my experience here and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Tbilisi.

For this price it is a great place to be. Right in the Old Town, 10 minute walk to the central square. Good breakfast, very friendly staff, neat rooms. Fast WiFi.

Perfect hotel to stay for a few days to explore Tbilissi. The breakfast was homemade, big quantity and every day different (ham, spread cheese, eggs, jam, joghurt and bread every day; daily variations were for example salats, soup, pancakes, omelette…). There is a well equipped kitchen you can use to cook yourself dinner. There is also a washing maschine. The size of the room we had was absolutely enough for doing sightseeing. The noise of the construction site startet around 9am and ended between 4 and 5 pm; so it did not disturb us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The terrace is nice to sit at in the evening. There are a lot of restaurants and the old town close by. There is a sign you can put outside at your door to indicate if you want your room to be cleaned or not. We can recommend this familar hotel and would definitely come back!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, well within walking distance of most of the best places in Tbilisi. The staff have been nothing short of accommodating since I arrived. There's free breakfast (8–10am) and access to tea and coffee, as well as a free laundry service. The room is clean and I suppose it is rather small, although that's a rather trivial downside (if at all) since you'll be spending most of your time outside anyway. It's also kept nice and warm inside in winter :) The walls are somewhat thin so sounds from the hallways can be quite audible which could potentially disturb others but it's not really that all rambunctious. Please note in case you are allergic to cats: there's a cat prowling the halls 🐱 I have enjoyed my stay here and will eagerly book it again when I revisit Tbilisi.
