The rooms are clean. Tea and coffee are available. There was breakfast but I didn't eat it so I can't say how good the food was. Room rates are reasonable. Service staff are friendly and smiling. But there is a complaint that there is a loud noise as if something is falling on the floor. Makes you feel annoyed. It made me unable to sleep because I was startled by the noises that were intermittently made.

Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Tbilisi, close to Rustaveli metro station. But the hotel located in a very calm corner of the street. The hotel very cozy. If you want a rest, calmness and nice sleep this place is for you. The room was very clean, beds are comfy. The breakfast was very delicious with a lot of varieties. You can enjoy by coffee, tea and juice anytime there. I would like to mention the staff(2023, december), Vano, Khacho and Nana. They are very welcoming, helpful and nice people. Me and my mother enjoyed by staying here. I would definitely come back and recommend my friend this hotel as well. Greta

I have canceled my stay at this hotel. My room was very dark, it had a small and narrow window that looks at the wall, but if you lie down on the bed, then there will be only walls around, and the window is not visible. Such rooms are better used for storing something than for rooms for residents. I would like to highlight that the man at the reception was very nice, and showed me all available rooms to solve the situation (unfortunately the second room has a smell).

Location of hotel is very near Shota Rustaveli Avenue & walkable distance to Liberty Square. Rustaveli Metro Station is a mere 5 mins walk away. Lots of restaurants & cafes around including McDonald's. My room was cosy, clean & looks newly refurbished. Bathroom was spacious with good strong shower. Excellent value for the location. Breakfast was simple but delicious! Hotel staff was also helpful.
