We are a couple on a world tour. We stayed there for 5 days. Rooms were cleaned up everything it was very very nice. Beds were great. Rooms looked so good. Staff were really nice. Location: a bit far walking from the main area near the water but completely okay!

We have stayed here previously on many occasions the rooms are clean the beds are comfortable and the staff always friendly and attentive....the buffet breakfast although limited in choice was tasty and of good quality. During covid many Hotels were closed and maintenence was neglected Marina included which is now looking in need of upgrading in some areas...non the less it did not spoil our stay.

I recently stayed at Mariner Express Ao Nang Krabi hotel, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the cleaning standards were severely lacking, with noticeable issues throughout the premises. Secondly, the hotel seemed understaffed, resulting in poor service quality. The room I was provided with was not only moldy but also emitted a persistent unpleasant odor. Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of service quality and the apparent negligence of management responsibilities. Additionally, the absence of facilities and an unappealing swimming pool further diminished the overall experience. Given these issues, I have no intention of returning, and I would caution against choosing this hotel for a long stay. It appears to cater more to short-term backpackers than those seeking a comfortable and enjoyable extended stay.

Very good hotel with excellent service and excellent staff. Thanks you to Ailada for good hospitality☺️ Although the vegetarian options are very less for breakfast, they can include grilled sandwich,some vegetable oats or fries,veg burger in the breakfast to make it easy for vegetarians. The swimming pool is also nice and clean. Also i liked the fact that this hotel is dog friendly and let dogs stay inside hotel premises in heavy rains. Such a nice gesture ! I will rate this hotel 9/10. 1 point deducted due to no vegetarian food option . Rest everything great especially the balcony attached with every room.

I reached here at 4 am in the morning today and since then I am still waiting at the reception area with my wife. It is 6am now and still cannot see anyone in the hotel to assist us with our room. The service of this hotel is pathetic. After 12 hours of journey from India we couldn't get any proper assistance . I am suprised how can 4 star hotels treat like this with their guests .I tried contacting the receptionist but no response. I had no other option instead of sitting outside the hotel for more than 2 hours
