The experience at this hotel was awesome except for the breakfast. The guy who cooked omelet ignored and skipped my order then started to accepting other guys’ orders. Also he cooked wrong omelet for me. I re-ordered again and again and I finally got my omelet after waiting for 30 minutes. How sad experience.

They canceled our booking 1 month before our arrival , because we booked it cheap via booking. Com. Now we have to book another hotel in this short time in high season! This behavior says a lot of the people who work there. We booked the room 6 month in advance, this is ridiculous and not customer friendly

This place was excellent. Room was huge and perfect for us and our toddler to have space. The pools were great. Breakfast was excellent. We originally planned to stay for 3 nights and extended it to 4 more. The 1 star reviews are ridiculous and should be removed. Easily the best place we stayed in Koh Chang

Marina sands raised up my standard too high. It was fantastic for staying. • location: it’s close to pier(5 mins by minibus). if you want somewhere crazy here is not the best, but great for family-size, couple, solo trip. • room: quiet and huge. Balcony is also nice. • main hang-out area called ‘beachfront’ is perfect for sunbathing, swimming in shallow beach, strolling along the beach. one more great part as a swimmer was swimming pool is 40 meters which is hard to find elsewhere! • staff: very friendly and helpful • service&breakfast: entire quality is just very nice. All food has labels on so if you have food allergy you can figure what food you can avoid. The reason I minus one star was the shower head in our room was weak, and the toilet paper was short. Besides these minor things here is just perfect place to rest and hang-out
