Classy design hotel that is not top tier, but good value for money. The small rooms are inadequate for long stay as they don't have cabinets. Showers can be improved. The restaurants on premise are top notch.

Excellent location, the room was perfect for what we needed. We really enjoyed the style of our room and bath room. Hotel staff was very warm and welcoming. Brasseri staff was slight curt and short. 3 stars because the day before check out we put our laundry out to be serviced. Our laundry was never picked up and we ended up having to purchase more clothes adding to our luggage and making for a difficult morning of check out.

Stunning hotel, part of an old monastery. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had really nice art on the walls. Smart TV, which synced up to my phone easily. Nice big shower and decent lavazza coffee machine. I was there during Glow which the hotel is part of. It got busy around the hotel but didn't interrupt my stay and actually made it better with the display. Roughly a 10-15 minute walk from the station and less than 10 minutes to the centre. Can't fault the place and the service I received.

This hotel presents very well architecturally on the main external structure and in the foyer. It gives you a great initial impression and feeling that it will be a luxury stay. Unfortunately this devolves pretty quickly once you enter the rooms. Walls are marked with scuffs, bedroom interiors are decorated sparsely and even the suites lack the luxe feeling that’s advertised. Hallways and access to rooms haven’t been cared for in a while. It feels like the bare minimum was done in order for a 4 star certificate to be attained. But not more than that in the interest of guest experience. In saying that, staff are helpful and it’s a good location in Eindhoven. Just not the luxury stay one might assume and disappointing in that regard.

Nice location in the middle of City center and unique experience to stay however quality of breakfast is not reach expectations amounts of meal is less than others hotels and they do not clean the room next day , only put new 2 towers on the floor. No telephone in the room , you have to call using your mobile phone when you want to ask something. No amenity , no room slippers, no bathrobe provided , small tiny room size compare to normal 4 star hotels.
