We got shafted by Wizz Air so had to find a place to stay at 1am. Luckily we found a room on Booking.com however we weren't the only ones with this idea. This meant from when we arrived at the hotel and when we checked in it took about 2 hours. Quite affordable at late notice and rooms were a lot nicer than we expected. Super comfortable beds.

I am currently staying here, and I must commend the outstanding service provided. I had a five stars welcome by a lady who ensured my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Not only was I greeted with warmth and professionalism, but she also generously upgraded me to a superior room, elevating my stay to a whole new level. I am deeply grateful for the hospitality, and its experiences like this that make me eager to return. Checked out of room 509 today. Was there from December 6-8. On the morning of December 7, I left a do no disturb sign on my door and went to the gym. I came back and opened the door to my room, and I seen my bed was made up and I immediately went downstairs and informed the manager. I let it go. TODAY, I am using the bathroom and my door OPENS ‼️ I said HEY and the lady said sorry and closed the door. She didn’t knock, she immediately came in. I called the manager on duty and let him know. The first time this happened I gave them a pass. I have NEVER felt so unsafe and vulnerable in any city in my LIFE. From a security and privacy perspective, I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone ‼️

Well, I was worrying about any possible traffic problems resulting in to no-show for a flight at 9am. So, I stayed here one day before my travel. The room was very cozy kind of big for solo traveler :D The hotel is located next to a bus station(bus 400 & 401), and it took around 12 minutes to the airport on foot. If I have to stay in Eindhoven to go to the airport, I will choose here for sure.

Last night, I experienced outstanding customer service at the Airport Holiday Inn in Eindhoven that truly exceeded my expectations. I had mistakenly booked a room at the Downtown Holiday Inn instead of the Airport location. Arriving late at night and anxious about the mix-up, I was fortunate to meet Priya at the reception. Priya demonstrated exceptional professionalism and empathy. She quickly understood my predicament and took proactive steps to resolve it. With remarkable efficiency and kindness, she contacted the Downtown Holiday Inn, explained the situation, and managed to cancel my original booking without any charges. Moreover, she ensured I had a comfortable room at the Airport Holiday Inn, where I needed to be. This level of customer service was not just a relief but a real delight. It allowed me to rest properly before an important meeting the next day. Priya's help was invaluable, and it's employees like her that make a stay memorable and stress-free. The Holiday Inn is fortunate to have such a dedicated staff member, and I am grateful for her assistance.
