The company I work for rented this apartment for 06 months and I definitely not recommend it! The only good thing is the location and below I have summarized my comments about what we would expect when renting an apartment: Kitchen and house appliances: the apartment is equipped with old stuff (wash machine, microwave) which the manuals are not adequate and staff is not able to help you to use it!! Room: small cabinets and They don’t even have a decent mattress . They have put together two small beds and if you are in a couple you will have to Sleep with a whole between you! Cleanness: disgusting - The apartment is supposed to be cleaned every week. However they only visit your apartment with the excuse that the staff can’t touch your personal belongs. They’ve left my apartment opened twice after “cleaning” it. Staff: The staff is very unfriendly, the manager is attentions but she doesn’t have a team to support her. And the price is a joke!!!

Unfortunately, zero stars are not possible. I do not know where to start. The hallway of the apartments is absolutely dirty and stinks. Security guards are constantly walking in the hallways. It also makes you feel a bit strange. The stairwell smells like marijuana, so you don't even want to use the stairs. The room stinks and you don't feel comfortable. The price is an absolute disgrace. For this price you get a good to very good hotel in the center of the city. Think twice when booking.

First red flag, make you book online. Please read the whole review. Especially if you have a family with kids and have some from of sanitary standards like us. This place is gross. The first unit we were given was not the correct type. It was also dirty. And by dirty I mean filthy. Take a look at the pictures. We asked to checkout and get a refund so we could go elsewhere, but they declined. It cost $551.00CDN for one night and when you look at the pictures, you’ll see why that’s inappropriate and unacceptable. They essentially held our money hostage. Think about it. Not refunding our money and we didn’t stay in the unit, nor did we even make the mess. Took pictures, walked back out of the door. 5 minutes in the unit examining all the grossness and wouldn’t give our money back. The second unit, one of the toilets didn’t work. Fridge/freezer stunk. Carpets were stained and gross, and the overall cleanliness was horrible. It’s clear their standards have gone down. I wouldn’t stay here again if I was paid. This part of our vacation was ruined. Wasn’t thrilled about our money being held like that for their shortcomings. I will be disputing this with our credit card company.
