Excellent location, well maintained hotel, Extra clean, comfortable beds, nice breakfast. Hotel is located right inside the Istaklal street, not very far off from Taksim square. Many shops, restaurants and food places are just outside the hotel.

The hotel location is great, just next to Istiklal street in Pera. Beautiful area. I had a cheaper room on the 1st floor which requires some refurbishment, but it was clean. There are much nicer rooms in this hotel though. Dinning area is small and could be crowded on weekend. Selection of food is limited. But their staff is really kind and helpful.

The Hotel itself was good. Good Service, clean And hygienic room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty basic which is not a bad thing, but you shouldn't have big expectations on the variety of the offerings. Obviously the best thing was the great location with the famous Istiklal Street around the corner with many shopping stores, restaurants, cafes or bars. The only negative thing for me was the pretty loud music during the nights over the weekend from a club next to the hotel, which made it difficult to sleep on that days.

I would like to report that I am very upset with this property and the service. The staff are not very cooperative and the room is a mess out. here is a list of things we have noticed and highlighted to the receptionist. the room is not clean. bed sheets are torn. not enough pillows and some are with pillow cases. some of the electricity outputs are not functioning. a constant power breaks and we ask for a help. curtains are broken. Water kettle was not cleaned and full of tea leaves.
