I stayed in the hotel for 12 days. Very spacious and good facilities. It’s a great for short and long term stay. Breakfast is great with very good price, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the friendliness in the hotel! You can also do laundry by yourself for free, though the laundry room usually is busy. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is the points collected are soooo small. In totally, I only got less than 5000 points for 12 nights. Maybe this could be a reason people choose nearby Hyatt regency instead….

The hotel is situated in a central area in Addis, quite convenient to bars and banks. It has a view of the Addis Tram line on one side of the hotel. The rooms are well equipped, lovely amenities and the staff members are very friendly. The kitchen has a fresh juice bar with all types of fruits and a barista as well for freshly brewed coffee. They also serve the Ethiopian coffee ceremony for guests as a cultural option to your coffee. The beds and furniture are comfortable and allow for working individuals to enjoy a peaceful work environment. It has well stocked ATM machines on the ground floor and a lovely bar called Ivy with live Ethiopian music on specific days. The talent is unmatched. The steam bath and massage services are accessible 24/7 at no extra cost. I highly recommend the hotel.

Great hotel! Good for western visitors. Spacious apartments. Laundry on each floor is a big plus. nice restaurant. The front office staff goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect.

The staff is the best thing about this place (and the breakfast). Everyone is so kind, they all knew my name after only a few days of staying there. The fitness center is always clean thanks to Yared, and Hana is an amazing masseuse for such a good price! Can’t even begin to list all the staff, but I would stay here again just because of them. The bread at breakfast is also phenomenal, as they have an in-house bakery and Mekonen and Selmawit are so kind and always makes sure you have everything you need at breakfast!
