I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for 5 days in Nov. The room is spacious with the price. Plenty closet space, with a kitchen to eat and heat up leftover. They still have daily housekeeping, the whole place is kept quiet and professional. My favorite part is the breakfast, the dining room on the 11th floor provides a pleasant environment to start your fun day, not much food selections but serves the purpose with quality food. All the waitress are superb which is huge plus to the dining experience. I would recommend to stay here if you are in town for business or pleasure. The distance to jiefanbei is just minutes away.

Due to the poor soundproofing of the building, you can hear a lot of noise from upstairs. I couldn't sleep well, especially when families and groups stayed upstairs. The gym and the restaurant for breakfast are generally small, and if you stay during the busy season such as summer vacation, it will be quite crowded and you may feel uncomfortable. If you consider staying here avoiding July-August summer vacation period, this place could be one of the options in downtown Chongqing.

During the epidemic, I stayed at the newly opened Marriott Executive Apartments in Jiefangbei for about two months with a 50% discount. It was a great deal. The location was opposite the Granville where I stayed when I first came to Chongqing for work. Although I missed the discount time and did not enjoy breakfast, I picked it up. It's good to stay for a few days at a cheap price. The hardware facilities are okay. However, the hotel has just opened and the service is not yet in place and needs to be improved. Other than that, it's good.
