Honestly, I was impressed with the service provided by this hotel. Nothing to say, it's perfect. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a coffee machine in the room and many other amenities like a hairdryer, hi-fi, phone adapter, everything you could want. You can even request additional items. There's a large terrace to enjoy your coffee with a beautiful view of the hotel's pool and garden. The food is always varied with a wide selection. There are play areas for children, a large 50m pool for adults, a gym, and several lounges and sitting areas. Honestly, it's among the best hotels I've visited.

I had a positive experience during my stay at the Marriott Al Forsan hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided all the necessary amenities. The hotel's facilities, such as the gym and swimming pool, were top-notch and added to the overall experience. I liked the boxing room. I did try their breakfast as well as dinner buffet and both were amazing. However, the only drawback was its distant location. It was inconvenient to access nearby attractions and required additional transportation arrangements. Despite this setback, the Marriott hotel provided excellent service and amenities, making it a great choice for those seeking a comfortable stay, albeit with a consideration for transportation logistics.

Almost a great hotel. Excellent service staff but dust under the beds. Did a mink Cleanup of up my room at night without hesitation as I forgot to put the make up my room sign. The pool is too busy for a ‘relaxing’ holiday i think thats the biggest issue / no beach. Nice coffee shop downstairs with good coffee helpful reception but with tiny touches it can be a real 5 star its a 4.5 now. It is not new and the smallest details show. I

wanted to bring to your attention some concerns I had during my recent stay at your establishment. Upon arrival at 4pm, I was informed that my room was not ready. I patiently waited for 45 minutes to check in, which caused some inconvenience. Additionally, I found the front desk staff to be unhelpful in addressing this issue. Another incident occurred during breakfast when I returned to my room to find the cleaner inside, without prior notification. My sister, who was sleeping at the time, was startled by this unexpected entry. Furthermore, we were charged an additional amount for breakfast, despite there being no mention of this extra charge during the booking process. I kindly request that you provide proper training to your staff regarding customer service. Enhancing their customer service skills would greatly benefit your establishment. Thank you for your attention to these matters. This experience has left me with a negative impression, and I regret to inform you that I will not be booking at your establishment again in the future.
